He approached every project with dedication, ensuring that his craftsmanship stood the test of time, much like the memories he created with his family and friends.
Outside of his professional endeavors, William found immense happiness in the great outdoors. He relished the thrills of football and basketball and often found solace and joy while fishing. Each moment spent outdoors was a chance for him to connect with nature and share laughter and camaraderie with loved ones.
However, it was his role as a grandfather that was William's pride and joy. His four granddaughters were the light of his life, filling his days with laughter, stories, and unforgettable moments. William invested time and love into their lives, sharing with them not only the lessons he learned but also his passion for the world outside.
William is survived by his devoted mother, Mildred Ruth Keene; his cherished daughters, Briana and Hanna Keene; and his sons, Riley and William A. Keene. He was a loving brother to Brandi Darling and her husband Colin, who held a special place in his heart. The enduring bond with his grandparents, James and Maggie Keene, continued to inspire him throughout his life.
William will also be remembered fondly for those he reunites with in the great beyond, including his late father, William H. Keene, his bonus father, John Hegarty, and his beloved granddaughter, Zanova Williams, who all welcomed him back with open arms.
