Wanda Osborne

Wanda Sue Brown Osborne, 55, of Statesville, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, January 5, 2014. Born in Constableville, NY on June 10, 1958, Wanda was the daughter of the late Carroll Brown and Lena Waite Togias. She was a graduate of J.C. Bridlebough High School. Mrs. Osborne was married to Charles Osborne, who preceded her in death. Wanda attended Landmark Church of God and was employed with Bi Lo as a deli assistant clerk. Mrs. Osborne is survived by two daughters, Lisa Duffy of Rome, NY and Michele Jones (Randy) of Statesville along with one son, Curtis Duffy of Utica, NY. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Zachary and Kendal Kirkbride, Catilyn Roberts-Jones, Brandon Gaylord, Breeanna Tanner, and Savannah Jones. One brother, Kenneth Brown of NY and one sister, Carolyn Abare of Tampa, FL along with and extended family also survive. A memorial service to celebrate the life of Wanda Osborne will be conducted 2:00 PM Friday, January 10, 2014 at Landmark Church of God with Pastor Ken Hudson officiating. The family will visit with friends 1:00 until 2:00 pm at the church.
