Virginia Doris Roark

Virginia Doris Roark went home to be with her Lord on February 17, 2023. She was born on January 26 in West Jefferson, NC to Lester and Lillie Wilcox.

She was preceded in death by her mom and dad, Lester and Lillie; son, David Roark; and her three brothers, Robert Conley and Fred Wilcox. She is survived by five children, Joann Wagner, Shelby Berrier (Roger), Wanda Aikens (Keith), Ricky Roark, and Maria Roark; eight grandchildren, Stacy Wilcox, Steven and Tabitha Wagner, Brad Berrier, Chad, Heather, Brandon and Brentley Aikens; eight great-grandchildren; one sister, Pauline Roark; one brother, Glen Wilcox (Barbara); one sister-in-law, Charlene Wilcox; one special niece, Sherry Jones; two special nephews, Timmy Wilcox and William Roark; and special friend, Joshua Pope.

She will be immensely missed by all those who knew and loved her.

A private family Celebration of her Life will be held at Nicholson Funerals & Cremations, Thomasville Chapel.
