Ulean Hayes Snow

Mrs. Ulean Hayes Snow, 85, of Harmony, died Wednesday December 27, 2017 at the Gordon Hospice House. Born in Iredell County on August 25, 1932, she was a daughter of the late W. G. Hayes and Eula Myers Hayes. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by siblings: Norma Snow, Olean Ellis and A. G. Hayes. She was a member of Holly Springs Baptist Church where she was a Sunday school teacher and Vacation Bible School Director. She loved her cats Tiger and Pumpkin and loved tending her flowers, decorating her home and cooking. She was an outstanding homemaker. On February 21, 1953, she married Roger Franklin Snow who survives. Also surviving are her daughter, Rev. Sharon Snow and her siblings: Camilla Thompson, Genoa Taylor and Horace Hayes along with many beloved nieces and nephews. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Sunday, December 31, 2017 at Nicholson Funeral Home with Rev. Lynne Lepley and Rev. Dr. Bobby Henderson officiating. The family will greet friends for one hour prior to the service and burial will follow in the Holly Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.
