Thomas Jeffrey Daniel

LINWOOD-Mr. Thomas Jeffry Daniel, 73, of Linwood, NC passed away at his residence on February 11, 2021 with his loving wife by his side. Mr. Daniel is the son of the late Paul and Verna Hames Daniel and was employed by Freightliner Trucking for 17 years. He is a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Salisbury. In his spare time Tommy liked to fish and loved going to Hatteras. He enjoyed joking and being goofy with everyone. He loved to cook and loved all sports, especially football and basketball. Tommy was a huge Duke fan. Left to cherish his memories are his wife of 28 years Debra Koonts Daniel of Linwood, stepdaughter Monika Greene of Salisbury, stepson Richard Sink of Winston-Salem, brother Mike Daniel (Brenda) of Kernersville, four grandchildren Deserez Tyler, Claimon Tyler, Austin Hall, and Cheyenne Booth, four great-grandchildren Karah Luttrell, Paisley Luttrell, Ayden Tyler, and Maxx Tyler, two nephews and two nieces. The Daniel family is observing a private family funeral service on Tuesday, February 16, 2021 at Calvary Baptist Church in Salisbury, NC. Burial will follow in Forest Hill Memorial Park in Lexington, NC.
