Shawn Patrick Phillips, 46, of Statesville, died Wednesday, September 11, 2019 at the Gordon Hospice House.

Shawn was born to the late Nancy Diane Rogers Phillips and to Roger Phillips, who survives.

He had worked as a machine operator for Asmo.

Shawn is survived by 2 daughters; Paige Bluhm (Benjamin) of NY, Storm Phillips of NC, and 2 sons; Patrick Phillips and Dalton Phillips of NY.

There will be no formal services.
