Mr. Ronald Lee Olvis, 78, of Statesville, died Wednesday, September 7, 2016 at the Gordon Hospice House. He was retired from the U.S. Navy. Survivors include a daughter, Terri Lindley of Statesville, two sons, Todd and Bryan Olvis and 2 grandchildren. Services will be held at a later date.
