Ronald Frederick Goshorn

Ronald Frederick Goshorn, Sr., 71, of Statesville, went to be with the Lord, Saturday, August 5, 2017 at Maple Leaf Health Care. He was born August 20, 1945 in Nebraska and was the son of Betty Loraine Marshall Little. He attended Cool Spring school before his family moved to Ohio. Later he moved back to Statesville and worked for Lakeshore Manufacturing and also was a "jack of all trades" helping others. He is survived by five children, Ronald Goshorn, Jr. of Statesville, Wanda Loraine Kincaid (Tim) of Statesville, Andy Williams (Candy) of Statesville, Billy Joe Goshorn (Heather) of Michigan, Denise Diane Goshorn of Stanley, NC; two sisters, Kathy Snead, Sue McManus (Mike); one brother, Jimmy Little, several grandchildren and one great grandchild. A memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, August 12, 2017 at Nicholson Funeral Home. The family will visit with friends following the service. Nicholson Funeral Home is serving the family.
