Robert Dean Taylor

Robert "Bob" Dean Taylor, 72, of Salisbury, passed away, Saturday, February 24, 2018 at Rowan Regional Medical Center.



Bob was born December 17, 1945 in Ashe County, NC and was the son of the late Jess Andrew Taylor and Opal Mae Bare Taylor. He attended Davie County schools and was married to the late Cathy Karriker Taylor.



Bob is survived by one son, Christopher Adam Taylor and wife, Jacqueline of Statesville, seven siblings, James and Linda Taylor of Statesville, Mary and Wayne Waller of Mocksville, Elaine Goodman of Salisbury, Howard and Lorrie Taylor of Cleveland, NC, Rose and Doug Jones of Florida, June and Dave Payette of Virginia, Bonnie and Ted Bulow of Florida; sister-in-law, Mary Taylor of Cleveland and many nieces and nephews.



Memorial services will be held 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 27, 2018 at Nicholson Funeral Home. The family will visit with friends on Tuesday from 6:00-7:00 p.m. before the memorial service.
