Randy Dale Shaw

Randy Dale Shaw, 60, of Harmony, passed away Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at the Gordon Hospice House with his wife by his side.

Randy was born in Iredell County on June 5, 1960 and was the son of Gay Brown Shaw and the late Franklin Dennis Shaw. He attended Iredell County schools and on December 9, 1981 he married Kathy Stikeleather Shaw and together they shared 39 years of marriage before his passing.

Randy worked as a "do it all" man with Classic Leather before his health declined. He found happiness riding motorcycles and being with his wife Kathy and his cat "Baby" and late cat "Booger" as well as his entire family.

In addition to his wife and mother, Randy is survived by two brothers, Dennis Shaw (Rosalie) and Mark Shaw, niece Haley Shaw and two nephews, Dennis & Dylan Shaw. He is also survived by one great-niece and three great-nephews.

A service to celebrate the life of Randy Shaw will be conducted at 7:00 PM Friday, April 2, 2021 in the Nicholson Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Billy Manners officiating. The family will visit with friends from 5:00 until 7:00 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Gordon Hospice House, 2347 Simonton Road, Statesville, NC 28625 and Nicholson Funeral Home is serving the family of Randy Shaw.
