Randall "Randy" Scott Richardson

Randall Scott Richardson, 42. of Mooresville passed away Sunday, June 26, 2016 at his residence. He was born in Iredell County on November 16, 1973 to the late Elbert Hoke Richardson and Beverly Gresham Wilburn, who survives. Randy was a graduate of South Iredell High School and was a member of Peninsula Baptist Church. He was employed by Pactiv as a CDP Technician. Randy was a devoted Tarheel fan who was a loving father to his two sons, Logan and Gavin. Along with his mother, Beverly, those left to cherish his memory are his sons, Logan S. and Gavin A. Richardson; two brothers, Douglas E. Richardson and Jarrod H. Richardson; one niece, Katherine R. Hardee (James); two nephews, Nicholas C. Richardson and Michael C. Richardson; step-mother, Joyce Bowden Richardson; step-father, David J. Wilburn; and his special friend, Tania Martin Richardson. A Memorial Service will be held 7:00 pm Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at the Nicholson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dr. Robert Jackson officiating. A private family burial will be held at a later date. The family will visit with friends following the service at the funeral home.
