Ralph "Milton" Tucker

Ralph "Milton" Tucker, 47, Statesville, went home to be with Jesus on Thursday, March 29, 2018, surrounding by his loving Family following a courageous battle with a rare Sarcoma. He was born on September 28, 1970 in Iredell County to Melvin Ray Tucker and the late Nancy Riddle Tucker.

Milton attended Ostwalt Baptist Church and graduated from Southview Christian School. He married Jennifer Campbell Tucker on October 10, 1998.

Milton previously worked for Consolidated Freightways. He was owner of TLC recycling and in partnership with Ozark and Connelly Springs LLC. His main occupation and love was farming. He farmed beef cattle and crops.

Milton was a devoted husband and father who put God first and his Family before himself. His children and his wife were his world.

Mr Tucker is survived by his adoring wife of 19 years, Jennifer Campbell Tucker and his son, Ross Milton Tucker, and daughters Lanie Ann Tucker and Carlie Rae Tucker. He is further survived by his Father, Melvin Ray Tucker ( Marion) 2 Sisters, Marsha Morrison (Steven) and Marlene Moore ( Craig) 2 brothers, Marty Tucker (Kelli), who was his lifelong best friend, Michael Tucker (Kim). He leaves behind 2 close friends that he considered family, Cory Barnette and Jon Dillon. Milton has numerous nieces and nephews whom he adored.

The family will recieve friends on Sunday, April 1, 2018 from 6-8:30p.m. at Nicholson Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. at Ostwalt Baptist Church with Preacher Wesley Morris officiating. Burial will follow in the Tucker Family Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Terry Church and Allen Church, Leo White, Joel Douglas, Kevin Hockenberry, Jamie Freeze, and Jeff Stoud.
