Phillip Lee Willoughby

Phillip Lee Willoughby, 74, of Statesville, passed away peacefully in his home Saturday morning, surrounded by his favorite ladies, Patricia, Jerri Sue, and Melissa.



Phil is survived by his devoted and loving wife Patricia, sister Katie, three children Jerri Sue, Brian and Melissa, and his dog Mollie. He loved Patricia's children as his own; David, Kathy, Robin, Tommy, and his beloved grandchildren. Phil will be missed by many and remembered for his quick wit, ability to lighten any situation with laughter, hatred of food that "didn't look right", interest in fast cars, and love for his special dog who passed away long ago, Otis.
