Nora Frost

Mrs. Nora Dawne Bailey Frost, 76, of Statesville, passed away Tuesday, August 19, 2014, at Elizabeth House in Hendersonville, NC after a two year illness. Mrs. Frost was born in Westons Mills, NY and was the daughter of the late Clarence E. and Kathryn M. Carrier Bailey. She graduated from Mount Vernon Academy in Mt. Vernon, OH and on December 6, 1958, she married Richard G. Frost, who survives. She worked as a patient representative with Adventist Health System in Florida and was a member of Seventh Day Adventist Church in Statesville. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, David G. Frost and a sister, Donna McCord. Mrs. Frost is survived by her husband of 56 years Richard and a daughter Diane M. Beerbower and husband Blake of Hendersonville, NC along five grandsons, Blake Jr and Shane Beerbower and Daniel, Eric, and Jonathan Frost of Orlando, FL. She is also survived by a brother, Norman Bailey of Warren, PA. Funeral services for Mrs. Frost will be conducted 3:00 PM Saturday, August 23, 2014, in the Nicholson Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Tim Cove officiating. The family will visit with friends following the service. A graveside service will be conducted at 1:00 PM Monday, August 25, 2014, at Chandler Valley Cemetery at Sugar Grove, PA.
