Nancy Pauline Wilson Lowrance

Nancy Pauline Wilson Lowrance, 87, passed away on Saturday, January 4, 2025.

Nancy was born on August 27, 1937 in Hickory, North Carolina to the late Clyde John Wilson and Aileen Lowman Wilson. Nancy was a devoted wife, mother, sister and grandmother. She represented kindness, strength, support, wisdom and love to everyone that knew her. To the very end she maintained her grace, compassion and her strong love of family. She loved sharing her baking skills with those around her and never missed a birthday with a card or phone call. She will be missed by those who loved her. Nancy was a strong woman of faith and walked daily with God. She was a long time member of Front Street Baptist Church in Statesville, NC.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Charles Mack Josey, husband, Samuel Lowrance and brother Bill Wilson.

Nancy is survived by her daughters, Beth Bruner (Gary) and Cathy Foster (Ron); step-daughter, Susan Lowrance; sisters, Jane Wilson and Joan Wilson; grandchildren, Matthew Foster, Travis Foster, Jeffrey Bruner, Stacey Filosa , Jennifer Houstoun, Lorie Weston and Jennifer Hedrick and 15 great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00am Saturday, January 25, 2025 at Nicholson Funeral Home with Deacon Brent Austin officiating.
