Nancy Louise May

Mrs. Nancy Louise Hollar May, 61, of Statesville, passed away in the year of our Lord on Friday, July 20, 2018. Mrs. May was born in Iredell County on February 4, 1957 and was the daughter of the late Allen Hollar and Brenda Carolyn Bennett Johnson. She attended Iredell County schools and in October of 1991 she married Robert Winston May, Jr, who survives.



Mrs. May was disable and retired from Kewaunee Scientific and was a member of Barkers Grove Baptist Church.



In addition to her husband, Mrs. May is survived by two sons, Josh Campbell (Caitlin McGinn) of Statesville and Jordan May, Sr. (Brittany) of Concord along with three grandchildren, Jordan, Serenity and Isabella May all of Concord and one brother, Darrell Hollar (Tina) of Rockwell.



Funeral services will be conducted at 11:30 AM Tuesday, July 24, 2018 at Barkers Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Joe Dellinger officiating. The family will visit with friends from 9:00 until 10:00 AM at Nicholson Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Barkers Grove Baptist Church cemetery.
