Nancy Hedrick

Mrs. Nancy Jo Hedrick, 75, of Statesville, passed away unexpectedly Monday, October 31, 2011 at Iredell Memorial Hospital. She was the wife of Duke Hedrick whom she married October 9, 1965. Mrs. Hedrick was born July 22, 1936 in Cleveland County Tennessee and was the daughter of the late Hubert F. Foulks and Eunice Kaywood Foulks, who survives. She was a graduate of Scotts High School and the David Lipsconb Collage in Nashville Tennessee. Mrs. Hedrick was a member of Northview Church of Christ where she was a Sunday School Teacher. She was also a Cub Scout leader and was an avid bowler. She was an administrative assistant with the Joseph Payne Company. Along with her husband Duke Hedrick, of the home, and her mother Eunice Kaywood Foulks, Scotts, NC, she is further survived by a son Matt Hedrick of Alexandria VA, and two sisters Sue Lackey (Roland) of Statesville, Billie Grant (Rex) of Charlotte. Funeral services for Mrs. Hedrick will be conducted 11:00 AM Thursday, November 3 2011 at Northview Church of Christ with Rev. Hoss Ridgeway officiating. Burial will follow in the Oakwood cemetery.
