Nancy Campbell Dishman

Nancy Campbell Dishman, 74, passed away Tuesday, January 21, 2025. 

Nancy was born in Alexander County, North Carolina on August 13, 1950 to the late Lex Campbell and Zelma Coffee Campbell. Nancy was a loving wife , mother and grandmother. She married the love of her life Mr. Larry Disman January 20, 1968. Nancy Loved the Lord, She and her husband were longtime members of South View Baptist Church. In her spare time Nancy enjoyed doing art and crafts. Her passion for crocheting was more than a hobby; it was a heartfelt expression of her nurturing spirit. poured her love and warmth into blankets and gifts for her grandchildren and others.

Nancy is preceded in death by her parents, sisters, Junie Monday, Betty Moore, Margaret Anderson and Nelly Anderson, brothers, Junior Campbell, Gary Campbell and Marshall Campbell, grandson, Leonidas Southers. 

Nancy is survived by her beloved husband, Larry Dishman, sons, Brian Dishman and Eric Dishman, daughters, Michelle (Mark)Holmes and Glenda (Chad) Southers, brothers, Everett Campbell and Jack Campbell, sister, Janie Campbell, 13 grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren. 

  A visitation will be held at 8:30AM till 10:00AM Saturday, January 25, 2025 at Southview Baptist Church. Funeral service will be held at 10AM following the visitation with Pastor Justin Kimmer officiating. Committal service will follow at Iredell Memorial Park Cemetery.
