Mrs. Lynn Walker Moose

Lynn Walker Moose, 54, of Statesville, died Sunday at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem. Born in Iredell County on October 17, 1966, she was a daughter of the late Rev. Coy Walker and Verna Lou Voncannon Walker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Jimmy Walker and her step mother, Cleda Walker.

Lynn loved working in her yard, she also loved to play the piano and sing. She was devoted to her family and cherished getting them all together for various functions and holidays. She found peace and enjoyment when she was able to visit her favorite beaches.

Survivors include her loving husband of 17 years, Jeff Moose; a brother, Wayne Brown; sisters, Brenda Mosley and Angela Hines; nephews, Justin and Jason Elder; nieces, Stephanie Jowers and Anita Brown; and a great nephew, Braden Byrd.

A graveside service will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, May 13, 2021 at St. Mark's Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Dale Milstead and Rev. Steve Pope officiating.
