Mr. Donald Wayne Cooke

Mr. Donald Wayne Cooke, 66, of Statesville, died Monday, September 2, 2019 at Iredell Memorial Hospital. Born in Grayson, Ky. On August 27, 1953, he was a son of the late William Alfred Cooke and Ervene Murphy Cooke. He was a retired HVAC technician and installer and served in the U. S. Army.

Survivors include a daughter, Amanda Cooke, a son, Matthew Cooke, four brothers: Bart, Brian, Bruce and Doug Cook.

Graveside services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Friday at Bethlehem United Methodist Church Cemetery with Rev. James Lewis officiating. Military rites will be presented by the Iredell County Veterans Council Burial Detail.
