Mr. Billy Worth Parlier

Mr. Billy Worth Parlier, 94, of Statesville, died Friday, April 19, 2019 at Brookdale Peachtree. He was preceded in death by Ruby JoAnn Parlier, his first wife and Aileen Privett Parlier, his second wife. Born in Iredell County on November 24, 1924, he was a son of the late Elisha Worth Parlier and Ethel Electra Chapel Parlier. He was a devout Christian and active member of First A.R.P. church. He was the former owner of Parlier Plumbing and Heating and enjoyed farming as well as his black angus cattle. He served his country in the US army. He is survived by two sons, Tracy Worth and Joseph Ashley. A brother, Frank Parlier. A granddaughter, Courtney Parlier Younce (Justin Younce), great grandchildren Dylan Rossi and Lillian Saylor. Also surviving is daughter in law, Gelisa Davis.

Funeral services are schedule for 2:00PM Saturday, April 27, 2019 at First A.R.P. Church with Reverend Phillip McCoy officiating. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery.
