Michael Reynolds Johnson

THOMASVILLE-Mr. Michael Reynolds Johnson, 49, of Thomasville, NC passed away March 6, 2021 at Hospice of Davidson County. Michael was born July 28, 1971 to the late Reynolds and Marie Riggs Johnson. He was employed at High Point as a CNA, worked in the psychiatric unit, and worked on the float pool in the main hospital. Michael enjoyed cooking and spending time with his family. Left to cherish the memories of Mr. Johnson is his wife Amanda Hughes Johnson of the home, stepchildren Kimberly Hughes and Dylan Lynn of the home, step-granddaughter Savannah Grainger of the home, brother Cecil Wayne Johnson of Thomasville who stated "He was a lovely brother. We grew up together brothers by birth, friends by choice", and good friend for over 7 years Neely Todd Walker who wrote "We worked and travelled together. He was a dear dependable friend. He loved my dogs and they loved him". A Celebration of Life memorial service for Mr. Johnson will be held at a later date.
