Michael Wade Rash

Michael Wade Rash, 75 of Statesville, died Tuesday, July 30, 2024, at Autumn Care of Statesville. He was born in Baltimore Maryland to the late Wade Rash and Ethel Furrow Rash. 

Michael was a technician with Duke Power for many years. He later worked for Monex. He loved the outdoors, and enjoyed camping, hiking and canoeing.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 50 years, Joan Kruft Rash, a daughter, Jenna Marie Rash, and a sister, Debbie Miller.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, August 10, 2024, at St. Philip the Apostle Catholic Church with Father Bernard Olera officiating.
