Michael Alan Knox

Mr. Michael Alan Knox, 70, of Statesville passed away Tuesday, October 9, 2018 at Maple Leaf Health Care.



Mr. Knox was born May 11, 1948 in Washington, DC and was the son of the late Moffett Preston Knox and Jacqueline Propst Knox. He graduated from South Hills High School in W. Covina, CA and worked for Ingersoll Rand Inc. He loved motorcycles and working in his garden.



He is survived by one daughter, Lisa Knox of Brooklyn, NY, a sister, Leslie Knox of Statesville, a brother, John Knox of Statesville and two grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Michelle Knox and a brother, Ken Knox.



A private family service will be held at a later date.
