Matthew "Matt" David Foster

Matthew "Matt" David Foster, 20, of Harmony passed away unexpectedly on August 3, 2019.

Born in Iredell County on December 10, 1998 he was the son to Mark David and Ruth Barr Foster. Matt was a loving son, brother, grandson and friend. He enjoyed music, rapping and playing the guitar.

Left to cherish his memory are his parents, Mark and Ruth Foster; siblings, Barbara A. (Justin) Waugh, Laura B. Ayers, Chelsea Foster, Bobby Estes II, Jonathon Flouton, Mark A. Foster and Raymond Foster; grandfather, George Foster. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other loving family members.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Friday, August 9, 2019 at 4pm at A Light In The Darkness in Harmony.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be given to the benefit of the family and may be sent to Nicholson Funeral Home, 135 E. Front St. Statesville, N.C. 28677
