Mary Frances Millsaps

Mary Frances "Tootsie" Miller Millsaps, 91, of Statesville, passed away, Sunday, February 25, 2018 at Davis Regional Medical Center.



Mrs. Millsaps was born July 28, 1926 in Iredell County and was the daughter of the late Will Miller and Mary Bunton Miller. She attended Iredell County schools and was married to the late Robert Stacie Millsaps. She was a member of Rocky Hill Baptist Church and previously worked for Hunt Manufacturing.



She is survived by four children, Jeretta "Tennie" Millsaps of Statesville, Karen "FeFe" Johnson (EJ) of Statesville, William Terry Millsaps of Statesville, Lisa Wood (Bobby) of Mocksville, 12 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one son, Robert Tony Millsaps and nine siblings.



Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, March 1, 2018 at Rocky Hill Baptist Church with Rev. Henry Cook officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will visit with friends 6:00-8:00 p.m. Wednesday evening at Nicholson Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be TJ Johnson, Shannon Ashley, Bimbo Walker, Chris Ervin, Stevie Cook and Carson Roberts.
