Martha Diane Church

Martha Diane Church age 65, passed away on Tuesday, March 14, 2023, at Hinkle Hospice House. Born on November 27, 1957, in Davidson County, NC, she was the daughter of the late Howard Wilson Drake and Mary Lee Turner Drake.

Martha was a devoted woman who loved and cherished her family. She had a passion to dance and enjoyed playing BINGO. She enjoyed the beach and the ocean, scrapbooking, and loved "her coffee." Martha was a huge football fan and cheered for the Miami Dolphins.

In addition to her parents, Howard and Mary Drake, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Johnny Turner, Andy Drake and Linda Davis.

Those left to cherish her memory include her loving and devoted husband who have shared 36 years together, Gary Church; her children, Scott Hill and wife, Kim, Bradley Church and wife, Tammy, Shannon Hill and wife, Karen, Stacey Gilbert and husband, Kevin, Tiah Heninger and husband, Stacy, Vickie Nichols and husband, B.J., and Heather Rice and husband, Dewayne; grandchildren. Emmalee, Liberty, Cheyanne, Natalie, Hailey, Allison, Megan, Karryn, Lonzy, Valerie, Elainlee, Stephen, Bridget, Katelyn, Caleb, Abigail, Corbin, Gary, Angel, Mikayla, Gracie, and Kameryn; great-grandchildren, Ava, Andrew, Colton, and Xavdak; siblings, Tony Drake, Larry Drake, Floyd Drake, Ralph Drake, and Lou Louya; and many nieces and nephews.
