Marilyn Hatcher Chatham

Marilyn Hatcher Chatham passed away peacefully on August 4th surrounded by her family. Mrs. Chatham was preceded in death by her husband Mr. Curtis Lee Chatham of Union Grove and her parents, Mr. Hubert Baker Hatcher and Mrs. Essie A. Rice-Hatcher of Statesville. Mrs. Chatham resided in northern Iredell County and was an active member of North Iredell Baptist Church. Mrs. Chatham was dedicated to her family, an avid pianist, and enjoyed relaxing at home surrounded by her family and friends.







Mrs. Chatham is survived by her immediate family which consists of her children Danny Chatham ( Sherri), Jody Chatham ( Angela), Jason Chatham ( Melanie), Janalyn Chatham (Butch), and Lucas Chatham as well as, numerous grandchildren along with one great grandson.







A service celebrating her life will be held Sunday August 12th at North Iredell Baptist Church at 2 pm. Reverend Alvin Souther, Reverend Lloyd Payne, Reverend Lloyd Jarvis and Reverend Rob Waugh will be officiating.







The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the Chatham family home on Ridgeline Road.
