Mae Lambert Smith

Mrs. Mae Davis Lambert Smith, 90, formerly of Statesville, died Wednesday, March 8, 2017 at the Hospice Home in High Point. Born in Wilkes County on June 27, 1926, she was a daughter of the late Partee Clingman Davis and Effie Elizabeth Ross Davis. She was preceded in death by her husband, David E. Smith, sons, James William Lambert and Kelly E. Smith and daughters, Judy Lambert Starnes and Martha Lambert Fallon. She is survived by a daughter, Linda Lambert York and her husband, Gene, of Greensboro. Also surviving are 4 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
