Linda Segraves

Linda B. Segraves, 65, of Statesville, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, August 18, 2015, at the Gordon Hospice House. Ms. Segraves was born on September 10, 1949 in Virginia. She was the daughter of the late James Cecil and Myrtle Marie Ball Barnette. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death in March 2011, by her husband, Daniel Segraves, whom she married in 1997. Ms. Segraves is survived by a daughter, Tammy (Dale) Gryder of Statesville; one brother, Stanley (Mary) Barnette of Cedar Bluff, VA; a nieces, Tracy (Nolan) Stevens of Rosdale, VA. She was the most loving, caring and giving mother one could ever have. A private Memorial Service to celebrate Linda's life will be held at a later date. The family expresses their gratitude and thanks to all of the team from the Gordon Hospice House.
