Linda 'Boot' Karen Bowers

Linda Boot Karen Bowers, 68, of Thomasville, passed away on Saturday, August 22, 2020. Linda was preceded in death by her parents, John Thelma Toots Buckner. Surviving are her sons, Terrell Bowers (Jimmy Smith, Jr.), Charles Michael Bowers (Amy); brothers, Shawn Buckner (Carolyn), John Wesley Buckner, III (Wanda), grandchildren, Meredith Zoe Bowers, Laura Bowers, Tara Nichelle Ballard (Wes), Quentin Bowers, and best friend in life, Rocky Worley. Services will be at 2 p.m., Monday, August 24, 2020 at Rich Fork Baptist Church with burial to follow at the church cemetery. Family request in lieu of flowers that memorials be made to Hospice of Davidson County, 200 Hospice Way, Lexington, NC 27292.
