Lewis Cannon Jr.

Lewis Cannon, Jr., age 77, of Winston Salem, passed away on Sunday, January 1, 2023, at Pelican Health & Rehabilitation Center in Thomasville. Born on June 16, 1945, in Newport News, VA, he was the son of the late Lewis Cannon, Sr.

Mr. Cannon loved to hunt and go fishing. He was an avid sport enthusiast.

Those left to cherish his memory include his children, Anthony Cannon, Michael Cannon (Toni), Lewis Cannon (Jessica), Angela Williams (Roger) and Imani Edwards (Maurice); his grandchildren, Kamerin Williams, Carmen Williams, Tamara Williams, Laevaugh Cannon, Chris-Shawn Cannon, Michael Crawford, Anthony Pearson, Anthony Cannon, Jr., Jermaine Wilkes, Millta Dukes, and Tocora Dukes; many great grandchildren; and several brothers and one sister.

In addition to his father, Lewis Cannon Sr., he was preceded in death by his son, Lewis Cannon, III.

At the request of his family, no services will be held.
