Latavia Nicole Parks

Latavia Nicole Parks, infant daughter of Latago Donte Parks and Deonca Nicole McDonald, passed away Monday, December 9, 2013, at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem. She was born December 9, 2013. Ms. Parks was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Walter Horne. She is survived by three sisters, Kaliezjah Teasley, Terliyah Parks, and Quanisha Gaines along with five brothers, Dakura Rickett, Tervion Parks, Jaquez Gaines, Edwards Gaines, Jr., and Trevion Glover. She is also survived by her maternal grandmother, Mary Lee McDonald, her paternal grandmother, Tracy Parks (David Ferguson), and paternal grandfather, Tramp Gallmon. Numerous aunts, uncles and cousins also survive. Memorial services will be conducted 3:00 pm Tuesday, December 17, 2013 in the Nicholson Funeral Home Chapel with young adult pastor Rosa Steele officiating. The family will visit with friends from 2:00 until 3:00 pm at the funeral home.
