Kitty Christopher

Ms. Luvince "Kitty" Bustle Christopher, 73, of Stony Point, NC passed away Sunday, Jan. 23, 2011 at her residence. Ms. Christopher was born Jan. 20, 1938 in Alexander County and was the daughter of the late Dallas Bustle and Mittie Dishman Bustle. She attended Iredell County schools and in 1955 was married to the late William Allen Christopher, who died in 1995. She worked for Bali for 29 years and was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Stony Point. Ms. Christopher is survived by one son, Randy Christopher of Catawba, four grandchildren, three sisters and two brothers. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Janet Barnette and one son, Jerry Dale Christopher. Funeral services will be conducted 12:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 27, 2011 in the Nicholson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mark Robinette officiating. Burial will follow in the Iredell Memorial Gardens Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening 6:30-8:00 p.m. at Nicholson Funeral Home. Active pallbearers will be Jeremie Moore, David Barnette, Jimmy Bustle, David Morrison, Homer Bustle and Kenny Lambert.
