Karen Bonita Mcgee

Karen Shaw McGee, 65, went home to heaven on November 14, 2020. Karen was born in Lexington NC, the daughter of Betty Louya Shaw and the late Robert Bruce Shaw. She is preceded in death by her father, her sister Lawanda Shaw Powell, and her grandson Justin McGee. Karen enjoyed spending time at the beach, crocheting beautiful gifts for her loved ones, and watching sports with her mother. She was a devoted daughter, sister, aunt, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She is survived by her mother, her three daughters Misty Hedrick (Lindsey), Mindy Pavlot (Scott) both of Lexington, Alicia Hemric, and her son Wesley McGee (Tonya) of Linwood, her sister Marie Shaw Bailey (Don), and her brother Sandy Shaw; 7 grandchildren, Samantha Hedrick (Jason), Amber Hunter (Steven), Jonathan Hedrick (Kayla), Breann Jarrett, Dalton Pavlot, Hailey Pavlot, and Anna Rutherford; and 8 great grandchildren, Shyanne, Wyatt, Bryson, Sissy, Kali, Sawyer, Kyia, and Addison.
