Justin Lynn Alspaugh

Justin Lynn Alspaugh, 24, of Greensboro and formerly of Mooresville, died unexpectedly on Friday, January 19, 2018, at Moses Cone Medical Center.



Mr. Alspaugh was born in Iredell County on August 20, 1993 and was the son of Edward Alspaugh and Violet Michelle Duke Myers. He attended South Iredell High School.



Justin had a very creative side. He was a talented artist and loved to draw. He was also a person who loved to laugh. He especially enjoyed pulling practical jokes on his friends and especially, his brother, Devin. His life on earth was short but his memory will live on forever. He will be truly missed by all who knew him.



Justin is survived by his mother Michelle Myers (Adrian), father, Edward Alspaugh, a daughter, Jaylen Alspaugh, two brothers, Devin Alspaugh and Brandon Myers along with three sisters, Aleigha Myers, Shyleigh Williams, and Taylor Alspaugh. He is also survived by his two great-grandmothers, Violet McCoy and Margie Duke.



A memorial service honoring the life of Justin Alspaugh will be conducted at 2:00 PM Sunday, January 28, 2018, in the Nicholson Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Jimmy Rowe officiating. The family will visit with friends from 1:00 until 2:30 PM Sunday at the funeral home.
