Joyce Wilhelm

Joyce Bass Wilhelm, 75, of Statesville, died Monday, March 12, 2018 at the Gordon Hospice House.



Mrs. Wilhelm was born July 28, 1942 in Iredell County and was the daughter of the late Henry Bass and Violet "Polly" Stewart Bass. She was a graduate of Statesville Senior High School and Lenoir Rhyne College. On August 5, 1962, she married Bobby Wilhelm, who survives. She was a member of Mountain Road Baptist Church and was a lab technician for RHA Health Services.



In addition to her husband, Mrs. Wilhelm is survived by three daughters, Krista Osborne (Rickey) of Statesville, Katrina Potts (Doug) of Statesville, Anita Grant of Statesville, nine grandchildren; Bobby and Corey Osborne, Garrett Potts, Eddie Gemes, Amber and Logan Potts, Maddie Gemes, Courtney and Kendra Osborne and two sisters, Sue Estes and Dean Bills.
