John Franklin Donnelly, Jr., age 73, of Statesville, passed away on Wednesday, December 29, 2021 at Davis Regional Hospital. Born on August 11, 1948, he was the son of the late John Franklin Donnelly, Sr. and Irene Gamble Donnelly.
