Joann Stogner Wilson

Mrs. JoAnn Stogner Wilson, 82, of Statesville, died Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at the Gordon Hospice House. Born in Lancaster, S.C. on May 2, 1935, she was a daughter of the late James E. Stogner and Mamie Pearl Byrd Stogner. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Jimmie Rogers Wilson. She was a member of Temple Baptist Church and was retired from the A.S.C.S.



Survivors include two sons, Bobby Stone (Loretta) and Terry Stone (Marlene) both of Statesville, two step daughters, Teresa Johnson of Greenville, S.C. and Jeannie Parkinson of Statesville along with eight grandchildren.



Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 Friday at Nicholson Funeral Home with Chaplain Sharon Snow officiating. The family will speak with friends for one hour prior to the service and burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery.
