Jeremy Dale Luffman

Jeremy Dale Luffman, 35, of Stony Point, NC passed away unexpectedly Saturday, May 27, 2017. Jeremey was born May 20, 1982 in Iredell County and was the son of Barry Jeffrey Luffman and Debra Cook Luffman. He was a graduate of West Iredell High School, class of 2000 and was employed by W.T. Burnett Co. In addition to his parents, he is survived by two daughters, Kyleigh Aya Luffman, Kayleigha Ahna Luffman, one brother, Donald Jeffrey Luffman (Allison) of Stony Point, two nephews, Jesse Luffman, Mikael Luffman, one sister, Jessica St. John (John) of Stony Point, one niece, Holly St. John, paternal grandmother, Elsie Luffman, maternal grandmother, Carolyn Cook and one aunt, Karen Bell (John). Jeremy was preceded in death by paternal grandfather, Jesse Luffman, maternal grandfather, Donald Cook, one uncle, Wesley Luffman and one aunt, Diane McMillan. Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday, June 1, 2017 at Shady Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Talmadge Hollar and Rev. Arnold Dulin officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will visit with friends on Wednesday evening 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Nicholson Funeral Home.
