Lexington, NC Jenny Bugaj, 65, passed away after a brief illness on Monday, Oct 28, 2019 at home with her loving family by her side. Jenny was born in Little Falls, New York on May 5, 1954, the daughter of her predeceased parents Wasil and Stella Chrjapin. Jenny attended school in Little Falls and married Kenneth Bugaj on April 22, 1977 initially living in the Mohawk Valley in central New York. Ken and Jenny moved to Lexington in 1992. Jenny is survived by her husband of 42 years, Kenneth, and two beloved sons and a daughter in-law, Justin and Stevie Bugaj and Kenneth Bugaj Jr. Jenny also had three step daughters, Stephanie Bugaj (Ben), Melanie Bugaj (Lou) and Amy Bugaj-Batty and husband Mark. Three Granddaughters: Ashley, Hailey and Marissa and one Great Granddaughter, Briella. Jenny is also survived by two brothers and their wives, Victor Chrjapin and his wife Karen and Alex Chrjapin and his wife Thelma. She is also survived by her sister in-law Karen Sager and her husband Richard and one brother in law Richard Bugaj and his wife Wendy. She was predeceased by her brother in-law Terrance Bugaj. She had a special bond with her nephew Jason Chrjapin and nieces Samantha Zumpano and Valery Howard. Jenny was family oriented and loved her family and was devoted wife, caring mother, aunt and fur mommy to two beautiful German Shepherds, Bella and Blu. Jenny loved life, enjoyed talking to her friends and relatives on the phone. She loved the outdoors by her pool and enjoyed the sun and great southern weather. The family would like to include a special thanks to Stacy and Donnie Garrison and to the staff with Hospice of Davidson County for the wonderful care they provided for Jenny. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday November 16, 2019 at Mountain View Baptist Church in Lexington. Memorials can be made to: The American Cancer Society or The Hospice of Davidson County. We all have special memories of Jenny, and will miss her as she touched all our lives. May God Bless her and may she rest in peace.
