Inez Payne

Mrs. Inez Tweed Payne, 84, of Statesville, passed away November 24, 2014 at Gordon Hospice House. Mrs. Payne was born October 18 , 1930 in Madison County, NC, and was the daughter of the late Aaron Tweed and Murphy Fox Tweed. She was a member of Monticello United Methodist Church in Statesville, and the wife of the late William Mack "Bill" Payne. In addition to her husband, Mrs. Payne was preceded in death by four siblings, Richard Tweed, Evelyn Myers, Willard Tweed, and Gladys Griffin. Mrs. Payne is survived by a son, William Kenneth Payne and fianc
