Homer Michael Snow

Homer Michael "Mickey" Snow, 74, of Statesville, passed away, Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at Autumn Care of Statesville.



Mr. Snow was born April 18, 1944 in McDowell County, WV. And was the son of the late Rev. Homer A. Snow and Laura Belton Snow. He graduated from Welch High School in West Virginia and was retired from International Paper in Statesville after 52 years.



He is survived by two daughters, Melissa S. Lippard (Terry) of Statesville, Amy S. Ledford of Statesville; seven grandchildren, Jennifer Wingler (Tommy) of Statesville, John Michael Snow of Statesville, Sarah Murphy of Ohio, Jacob Murphy of Statesville, Joseph, Nathaniel and Caleb Lippard all of Statesville; two great grandchildren, Charley Wingler and Zeb Wingler of Statesville, three sisters, one brother and a dear friend, Carolyn Snow. He was preceded in death by one brother, Buddy Snow.



Memorial services will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday, November 25, 2018 in the Nicholson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Randy Cline officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 p.m. before the service.
