Fonda Ann Stewart

THOMASVILLE- Ms. Fonda Ann Elbertson Stewart, 58, of Thomasville, NC passed away unexpectedly at her home on September 3, 2021. Fonda was born March 3, 1963 in Thomasville to the late James Eugene and Betty Ann Shaw Gordon. In her younger years she delivered papers and in her latter years she enjoyed watching Fox News and playing Farmville on Facebook as well as fishing and going to Sunset Beach. In addition to her parents, Fonda is preceded in death by her husband Richard "Rickey" Christopher Stewart. Left to cherish her memories are her fianc Jerry Wayne Benfield of Thomasville, three children Richard Nicholas Stewart (Shinna) of Thomasville, Sarah Ann Asbury (Chad) of Thomasville, and Jerry Trace Benfield of Thomasville, eight grandchildren Sierra, Kaylee, Hunter, Gabrielle, Hana, Bryson, Hailey, and Chaddrick, and one great-grandchild McKenna.
