Evangelist Stephen Joseph Rutkowsky

Evangelist Stephen Joseph Rutkowsky, age 50, passed away on Sunday, January 15, 2023, at High Point Regional Medical Center. Born on December 4, 1972, in Reading, Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late Bernard Oscar Rutkowsky and Debra Karen Blakely Rutkowsky.

Stephen was a man of faith; he loved the Lord and cherished his family. He loved spending time with his son, Samuel. Stephen was a member of Full Gospel Freewill Holiness Church in Thomasville. He enjoyed video games and had an avid interest in Marital Arts.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Bernard Oscar and Debra Karen Rutkowsky. Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of almost 25 years, Jeannie Lawson Rutkowsky; son, Samuel Rutkowsky; sister, Tracy Kight and husband, Adam; brother, James Rutkowsky and wife, Pamela; his nieces and nephews, Teddy, William, Sarah and Megan; and his adopted brother, Barry Martin.

A Service to Celebrate his Life will be held 3:00pm, Saturday, January 28, 2023, Full Gospel Freewill Holiness Church.
