Elizabeth Merchant Kearns Anthony

Elizabeth Merchant Kearns Anthony, age 61, passed away on Wednesday, December 21, 2022, at High Point Regional Medical Center. Born on November 1, 1961, in Pinewood, South Carolina, she was the daughter of Larry Dow and the late Almetta Merchant.

In addition to her mother, Almetta, she was preceded in death by her brother, Samuel Leon Craddock. Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Cheria Kearns; her son, Laviurs Kearns; grandchildren, Amyah Kearns and Riyen Witherspoon; her Godchildren, Charlie, Bri, Tyree, CC, and Marcus; her brothers, Timothy Craddock and his wife, Brenda, and Corey Craddock and his wife, Michelle; her sister, in-law, Sandra Craddock; her aunts and uncles; her many nieces and nephews her cousins; and close friends at her church, High Point Christian Center.

A Balloon Release in Memory of Ms. Anthony will be held at 4:00 pm, Friday, December 30, 2022, at Myers Park, 401 Mason Way, Thomasville.
