Edna Mae Tuft

Mrs. Edna Everidge Tuft, 87, of Statesville, died Thursday August 20, 2015 at Brian Center Of Statesville. Born January 24, 1928 in Columbus, Georgia, she was a daughter of the late Arthur Everidge and Elizabeth Feel Everidge. Her husband, Mr. Walter Tuft died in 1993. She was an active member of St. John's Lutheran Church where she was a member of the Luther Sunday School Class, and retired from food services with the Iredell-Statesville Schools. For many years, she crocheted baby hats for Davis Hospital. Graveside services will be conducted at 11 :00 Monday at Oakwood Cemetery with Pastor Ernie Sheldon officiating.
