Doris Helen Roope

STOKESDALE- Mrs. Doris Helen Robertson Roope, 81, of Stokesdale, NC passed away May 20, 2021 at Hospice of Davidson County. Mrs. Roope was born February 6, 1940 in Guilford County to the late Clay Vernon and Eva Clementine Allison Robertson and was employed for 10 years as a bookkeeper for Norvell Tents. In her personal time Helen was a very private person and she loved to read and work jigsaw and word puzzles. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Roope is preceded in death by her sister Bonnie King. Left to cherish her memories are her daughter Robin Brenon (Tommy) of Lexington, two granddaughters Mindy Carroll (Brandon) of High Point and Christina Thomas (Dylan) of London, Ohio, four great grandchildren Aligh Carroll, Caleb Ledford, Hallie Becknell, and Pierce Green, and her brother Leonard Robertson of Stokesdale.
