Donna Ann Smith

Mrs. Donna Warren Smith, 63, of Lexington, NC passed away at Hospice of Davidson County on October 7, 2020. The daughter of the late Rodney and Wenona Myers Warren, Donna was a retired manager with Wake Forest Baptist Hospital, having worked more than 30 years with them. In her spare time Mrs. Smith loved to spend time with her grandchildren and taking trips with them. Left to cherish her memories are her husband Rodney Boyd Smith of Clemmons, daughter Wenona Dixon and son-in-law Ben Dixon of Lexington, brother Keith Warren of Lexington, sister Cathy Welch of Clemmons, and grandchildren Hailey and Dylan Paschal and Colton and Lincoln Dixon.
