Debra Ann Souther

Debra Ann Jurney Souther, 62, of Olin went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 10, 2018 after fighting a long battle in declining health.



Debra was born October 22, 1955 in Iredell County to the late C.R. "Buck" and Ann Jurney. She was a graduate of North Iredell High School and was retired from the Iredell County Tax Department. Debra loved serving the Lord and spending time with family.



She is survived by one daughter, Danielle Scarlett (Harold) of Olin, two sisters, Donna Jordan (Rick) of Olin and Rhonda Shoemaker (James) of Olin, one brother, Pete Deans (Sondra) of Statesville, one grandson, Devlin Scarlett, two nieces, Cassie Jordan, Meckenzie Deans and a nephew, Ricky Jordan II.



Memorial services will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, June 16, 2018 at Sandy Ridge United Methodist Church. The family will visit with friends following the service. www.nicholsonfunerals.com
